Nonprofit Engagement and Support Toolkit (NEST) is an admin dashboard built by K34a, to help NGOs manage their websites and data safely. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and where it is stored.
- User Accounts: Name, email, password, profile picture, email verification status.
- Organizations: Organization details and team invites.
- Credentials: Database and API keys provided by you, stored encrypted.
- Activity Logs: High-level records of user actions without sensitive org data.
We do not store your organization's operational data (blogs, campaigns, donors, volunteers, confidential docs, or form submissions). This data stays only in your connected database.
- To create and manage your account and organizations.
- To enable database connections and dashboard features.
- To secure accounts, provide audit trails, and improve service.
Credentials and API keys are encrypted. Activity logs are minimal and do not include sensitive content.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, unless required by law.
