These Terms govern your use of Nonprofit Engagement and Support Toolkit (NEST). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

- Provide accurate details.
- Keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Organizations

- You may create and manage organizations.
- You may invite team members. You are responsible for their activity.

4. Data and Databases

- Operational data stays only in your database.
- NEST stores only limited operational data and encrypted credentials.
- You are responsible for the content in your database.

5. Credentials and API Keys

- Stored encrypted.
- You must provide valid and authorized keys.

6. Acceptable Use

- Do not misuse NEST (e.g., hack, disrupt, overload).
- Comply with all laws and regulations.

7. Service Availability

- Provided “as is.”
- No guarantees of uptime, error-free use, or fitness for purpose.
- Features and policies may change.

8. Liability

- We are not responsible for loss of data or damages.
- You are responsible for backups and database security.

9. Termination

- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
- You may stop using NEST anytime.

10. Changes

- Terms may be updated. Continued use means you accept the changes.
